Godvari Limited was incorporated in Kenya in April 2022. Godvari Limited is now a well-established full service real property consultancy company operating at the forefront of the Kenyan property market.
The Company has acquired an excellent reputation and the trust of a number of the country’s leading property owners, pension schemes, Public corporate bodies, academic institutions, commercial banks and individuals. Its market share is continually growing.
The team is co-headed by Mr. James Ehaji, the Managing Director & Ms. Joy Mugure, the Chief Executive Officer who each have over 12 years of experience in real estate consultancy, property management project management, facilities management and general estate agency.

The Team
James Ehaji is the Co Founder and the current Managing Director of Godvari Limited. He is tasked with laying down the strategy for the company in the medium term as well as identifying the company’s long-term goals, projects to undertake and building the company’s reputation in the region. James is passionate about real estate. He is an accomplished realtor and a an IT enthusiast who handles his roles with passion and hard work. James has over 12 Years of experience in Real Estate consultancy and Mangement cutting across Property and facilities manaagement,project management and General agency work. James has worked with Manrik Group, Knight Farnk kenya Limited and his last appointment was with Light A Life Agency Limited.
Joy Mugure is the Co Founder doubling as the Chief Executive Officer with Godvari Limited. She is responsible and in charge of managing the property portfolio. She has over 12 years’ experience in the real estate industry with primary focus on facilities, property management and general agency work. She has worked for Blueline Properties,Knight Frank Kenya Limited and her last appointment was with FAPCL Group Limited. She is fluent in management of residential estates and also commercial and retail sectors. Her expertise include leasing and rentals, tenant relationship, financial management, property and facility management. A graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance option. She is also qualified in Project Management with a certificate in PRINCE 2 (UK). She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment at University of West England – Bristol.

Associate-Facilities Management
Stephen spearheads the Facilities Management fuction for Godvari
Limited. He has over 25 Years of experience in HVAC, Constraction,Electrical and General Outsourcing of service contracts. He negotiates best deals on contracts on behalf of our clients .
On the other hand , he is the health and fitness champion for the group!
Associate-Projects Management
Jeremiah is the Head of Projects for Godvari Limited since inception, overseeing asset, project and overall development management of the groups proects. His role includes; leading feasibility studies, market research, design management, budget control, preparation and management of development strategy, managing PR, marketing and communication.
He has over 10 years of Real Estate experience. Prior to this, Jeremiahworked with several local leading Construction firms, where he helped spearhead award winning projects in the residential and hospitality sectors.
He holds a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from University of Nairobi
Associate- Finance & Invstments
Solomon is passionate about real estate. He is a hardworking ICT and finance professional with a wealth of experience in corporate customer service, Finance and Operations. His accomplishments in Projects Management goes a long way in managing company operations, finances and bring customer attention skills in the venture. Solomon oversees the company’s core financial management functions while adapting them to meet the needs of our growing company. Apart from this, Solomon has also made it his mission to transform Godvari into a customer-centric and customer obsessed organization by providing first class customer experience to all our customers

Dennis is a strategic Communications and Marketing expert. He has extensive experience gained within a number of roles in the public and private sectors of various industries. He oversees a wide spectrum of Godvari's marketing initiatives and strategies in realizing the company’s vision..
